That being said, the unlucky-in-law poplette is facing legal trouble after reportedly “trashing” a $1.5 million apartment in California’s Marina Del Rey in August 2006.
Real-estate agent Amir E. Zagross, who is threatening to sue the singer, tells the upcoming issue of Life & Style magazine: “I met Britney at the condo myself with her mother, brother, sons and her bodyguards. They assured me they were immaculate, nice people who would take care of the property. But the damage was significant.”
He added: “They destroyed it. We couldn’t re-rent the condo because of the state it was in.”
A source claimed the Spears family had trashed the walls, floors, doors, electrical outlets, balcony and the air conditioning unit.
Once upon a time, everything Britney touched turned into gold. Now she can magically turn anything and everything into TRASH!!

Did you see where Louis Vitton won their case vs. Britney from her Do Something video - they had a bootlegged LV dashboard in it. They have yet to determine the amount of the fine.
Boring…. everything Britney does is not a surprise for me anymore. I could not be shocked at any news about Britney, not even if she would make some pigs fly. Dears, look at her, she looks like she’s having showers once a month so imagine what a PIGS HOUSE is the home she lives in. Very funny dude, but you’ve got me wrong. I don’t have any aliases. I’m just Stephi. I do like Britney and think that she is picked on, but if this is true than I make no excuses. When you are in somebody else’s house you should respect it. I would say ‘treat it like your own’ but I don’t know what Britney’s house is like. I’m really wondering what is wrong with her. I think she craves normalacy but doesn’t really know how to go about it. I’m looking foward to the interview she does in five years time where or so where she talks about what went wrong.
