Denzel on getting through the hard times: “You have faith. And discipline as well. You have to work at it. I was just reading today: One day you’re going to have to walk with God when you can’t understand where he’s taking you. Your techniques, skill set and connections won’t get you through.”Denzel on spirituality: “I read the Bible every day. I’m in my second pass-through now, in the Book of John. My pastor told me to start with the New Testament, so I did, maybe two years ago. Worked my way through it, then through the Old Tesetament. Now I’m back in the New Testament. It’s better the second time around.”

He’s admitted to cheating on his wife in the past. Nobody’s perfect. Geesh. If she can forgive him, why the hell can’t you or I? We don’t have to live with him.

He’s supposed to be a straight-up dog. Anyway, he’s a decent enough actor, but not good enough to pull off this act.
I think the fact that he has 3 kids - one a college graduate, one enrolled in an Ivy League school and one already accepted to a major college - is a credit to his ability to parent, ESPECIALLY growing up in the Hollywood fishbowl.

Don’t forget his college graduate son is also playing in the NFL. Everyone has their faults but I think Denzel is more of a good guy than a bad one.
