The bad news, it’s keeps a-comin’ for Britney Spears.
The latest? The L.A. judge handling her endless custody battle has filed a motion banning the troubled singer from driving with her kids in the car.
The move was made after a court hearing today, during which Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed’s lawyer, officially informed the judge that Brit blew a red light with her kiddies in the car last week.
We’re told Commish Gordon issued the sealed order, as stipulated by lawyers for several of the issues.
Looks like it’s only a matter of time before the kids are taken away from her for good.
Something tells me Unfit Brit will be celebrating this latest legal drama with a night out at Hyde tonight.

Damn right! I honestly fear for those children whenever they are with her while she’s driving. As a mother of 2 young children myself, I cannot fathom how this twat can throw caution to the wind when it comes to those precious boys. Never in a million years I would have thought Kevin Federline could be the better parent. He’s looking better to me each day. *shaking my head*

I am honestly starting to think that she REALLY REALLY doesn’t want the kids but she is to afraid to just come out and say it. Thus, she is doing all of these stupid things so that when the judge takes away the kids from her she will say that she “tried.” Girl needs to take care of herself before she can take care of the children. She doesn’t have anything to give them now. She is completely drained.
“Devastating blow???” Shitney got exactly what she wanted: One step closer to being freed of that whole intrusive “motherhood” nonsense. Could she look any less happy or interested to be with her kids? If she had any desire to parent, she’d either stay home and interact with them, or buy an SUV, hire a driver, and sit in back with them while cruising to Starbucks, Taco Bell, gas stations, etc. Watch: Tomorrow there’ll be shots of her all over the internet, driving around alone, grinning like a mental patient. She must be THRILLED.
Thank God. I think I am in love with this judge. Now she has to stay at home with the monitor and the kids. Give her a few all day visits with that lady and she will never see those kids again. Didn’t the lady say all she does at home is change her clothes and never interact with the boys?

This judge is completely stupid into giving into K-Feds revenage against Britney. Britney dosen’t need a ruling for her not to drive, if anyone completely cared for Britney and the boys well-being, somebody needs to send Britney for HELP, not a shrink. ACTUAL HELP! With the media out to get her and the paps hounding her every second, with the divorce and the custody battle…plus I’m pretty sure she has bipolar disorder would make anyone of us go over the edge. If Kevin cared for these kids and solely on these kids he would stop this custody battle go over to Britneys house and drag her out and get her HELP. Every kid needs their mother taking them away from their mother is not the answer, getting her help is the answer.

K-Fed parties on. K-Fed is never pictured with his kids nor with Shar’s kids. K-fed almost ran over a paparazzi with his kids in the car. K-fed also didn’t have a gated pool until X-17 posted his pool with the kids playing near the pool without protection then he gated the pool. K-fed left a woman with his kids to pursue another woman so don’t make it look like Kevin is a saint because he’s not. He’s an unfit parent just like Britney.

I’m sure I would be able to work because that help support my kids BUT I surely wouldn’t be worrying about the plumpness of my lips or the fact my ass needs liposuction because I drink 3 64 oz. Frappucinos every day and the most exercise I get is from going outside to smoke.

And you’re incredibly ignorant if you don’t understand that the courts are just as thorough at looking at HIS ability to take care of those kids as they are looking at HER ability to care for them. He may be a lot of things (and people may not like him) but, after a thorough investigation, he HAS NOT BEEN FOUND TO BE AN UNFIT PARENT IN ANY REGARDS THAT IS DAMAGING TO THOSE CHILDREN. Now, that could change if he decides to fuck up. But, clearly, he is a better father than you are willing to give him credit for. I suggest you speak to the judge and the court-appointed counselors and child-care specialists involved in this case to learn the criteria for being a good parent (hint: it has nothing to do with how much you’re LIKED by people, or whether you married a woman for fame or her money).

Honestly I think the real reason she isn’t allowed to drive with the kids is because of the paparazzi. They totally distract Britney when she is driving and you can see that their presence creates a scary environment for the kids. I don’t think this is a bad thing for her to not drive with the kids, she shouldn’t be driving herself anymore I don’t think. They get so close to her car and it must be nearly impossible for her drive safely around them. She really needs to get a driver for her own safety. It’s sad because she should be able to just drive herself.
