Attorneys representing Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have arrived at an L.A. courthouse this morning to argue their respective sides in the disgraced pop star’s ongoing custody battle with her ex-hubby over their two young boys.
The hearing, which has been closed to the public, is expected to focus on Brit-Brit’s endless troubles behind the wheel and her positive drug test.
The paparazzo who recorded her blowing through a red light last week while driving with Sean Preston and Jayden James in the car is in the courtroom. Not good news for Ms. Spears.

she should NOT be able to drive with those kids in her car. If she wants to go anywhere, have someone drive.
She only has her kids 20 hours a week, why is she driving them ANYWHERE!!!! Keep them at home surrounded by their things that they are familiar with!

Why does she continue thinking that she can get the custody back? She should just give the kids up to KFed until she gets her life in order, if that ever happens. She doesn’t even want them, it’s just a powerstruggle between her and Federline at this point.
The court did not watch the video and they did not have any changes in the custody. The judge is getting tired of Kevins attorney taking her to court over every single thing she does. Kevin also makes mistakes we do not see but see his is a big nobody so they do not watch him. Also if Kevin is such a great dad then whey did he sell his pics of the kids to the magazines.
OKMagazine! had been told that the court wouldn’t be reviewing the video footage of Britney’s red-light-running incident, nor hearing testimony from the videographer.
Minutes later, with little fanfare, the hearing was over. “Everything went great,” Kiley told OK! as she left the courthouse, where whatever decisions were made are currently sealed. K-Fed’s attorney Kaplan told OK! he might make a post-hearing statement, but that “it will be very unfulfilling.”
Everyone is due back in court after Thanksgiving on Nov. 26.

Look at her eyes in that picture. I honestly think she is really stupid, and that is her biggest problem. There is nothing behind that giant forehead but air. She acts on impulse instead of using a logical thought process like normal people.
