Are they just friends? Do old feelings die hard?
Whatever the case may be, this cannot be good news.

No. That’s not who she’s dating. It’s some other guy (saw it on tv last night) and he bought her a car for her birthday. Don’t know his name but he’s waaay older than her and has dark hair and is pretty good-looking. And now, I’m going to go gauge out my eyes in shame of knowing so much about Hillary Duff. Good day.
