Faster than the speed of light, Lindsay Lohan checked into - and quickly out of - jail.
The short time served was related to her DUI car troubles back in July. She cut a deal then to serve one day in jail.
The rehab darling/collagen enthusiast reportedly went into Lynwood Jail at 10:30 AM this morning and checked out at 11:54 AM.
I’ve had pedicures that have lasted longer than that.

Its so stupid to have prisoners go to jail for that short of a period, even a week seems ridiculous beacuse the costs to get them in there and paperwork and extra security, its ridiculous and is just costing tax-payers more and more money.
And one other thing I just thought of, so she’ll have a criminal record, and shouldn’t be able to leave the country but do you think that will effect loho? Nope, cuz shes a celeb and a criminal record means NOTHING to the famous. Stupid and unjust.

Love how orange her foundation is, and doesn’t match her neck at all. I see being rich and famous doesn’t contribute to giving you make-up skills. That hair color just doesn’t do it either. Eek.

An hour and a half? You are kidding me! What’s the point of even serving that? It’s a joke! I doubt this happens to non-celebrities….if it does please correct me! At least Paris actually stayed there overnight and not just on her lunch break! She actually looks quite pretty in her mug shot, although I’m sure she made sure of that. lah, this is her new mugshot. If you compare it to the old one (when she was arrested for DUI), it looks a lot better. The vacant stare is (mostly) gone, she has makeup on, and she had her hair done before going in. LOL.
Are these felonies or misdemeanors? The scary thing is, it’s not just celebrity justice. Drunk drivers are stopped and ticketed/arrested MANY times before their licenses are taken away or they are jailed at all. Every time you hear about someone killed by drunk driving, it’s not the first time that driver was on the road drunk, it’s just the first time they killed someone doing it.
It is a waste of taxpayer dollars to have her in jail for one hour, for sure. Just put it on her record, a clerical notation, if the punishment means nothing to her.
