Hollywood MILF Demi Moore celebrated her 45th (believe it!) birthday this week at the Punta Mita, Mexico estate of Girls Gone Wild perv Joe Francis.
Joined by hubby Ashton Kutcher, bootylicious Demi spent the day lazily lounging in the sun between casual sashays in front of the paparazzi. And who can blame her — would you check out that bod?!?
Now if you listen carefully, you can actually hear that cougar growl!

she looks fabulous. Yeah, it cost her a lot, but she excercises too. That’s why her surgery holds up….lol

I know she’s had a lot of surgery, but she seems to do it the right way…nothing drastic, and she takes care of herself. Unlike half of the surgery-addicts in Hollywood, she still looks human. A major accomplishment.

Mike, there are 20 year olds who have more cheese than Demi. Genetics have more to do with cellulite than age.

Yes she’s had a lot of work done, but she looks fantastic! Some women who have a lot of surgery get that really fake, obviously worked on look about them- but Demi just looks very natural and healthy looking. So what if she’s had work? If she can afford it and it makes her look and feel better then why not?

she looks great. this is plastic surgery done right, and her lifestyle counts for alot too. good to see that she takes care of herself and exercise… plastic surgery can only do so much.

for $500k+ worth of plastic surgery, she looks good. imagine what she’s look like if that body was real.

she looks no where near as toned as she did when she first purchased this body (charlie’s angels). it still looks good though.
