With one of her many puppies in tow, Paris Hilton proudly rocks a shirt with the words, “I LOVE SHOES BAGS AND BOYS” emblazoned across it as she leaves her hotel in New York City on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Lori Berk, a publicist for Hilton, has sent FYB (and likely every other publication in the world) an email claiming that her ditzy client “never made any comments about helping drunken elephants in India.”

As you may recall, during her recent trip across the pond, the AP quoted Paris as saying: “The biggest problems are in Assam and Meghalaya. The elephants get drunk all the time. It is becoming really dangerous. We need to stop making alcohol available to them.”
