Hollywood’s biggest movie star and hip hop star get all introspective and share their life lessons in the next crop of monthly magazines.
In December’s Men’s Vogue, on newsstands November 20, I Am Legend star Will Smith says: “It is a full-time job to try and be happy. People tend to think that they can go to work for 50 or 60 hours a week and then come home and their relationship is just supposed to work.”
Will, who celebrates his 10th wedding anniversary with Jada Pinkett Smith in December, also tells the mag he focuses on making the relationship work with “counseling, individual learning, books, conflict resolution.”
Meanwhile, Jay Z dishes to Blender about his need to overcome making assumptions. “I expect people to know certain things,” says the Jiggaman. “If you’re my friend, you should know certain things, and I won’t tell you, even though I should. Sometimes relationships deteriorate around me because I only address things when I’m upset. I shouldn’t assume people know what I’m thinking.”
Jay goes on to say his strength as a person is being “fearless about trying new things, putting myself out there.” The rap mogul would not comment on his relationship with longtime girlfriend Beyonce.

Jay won’t talk about Bey is because he screwed up and got some chick pregnant. AGAIN. Other than that I loveeeeeeee him. I really don’t understand all the “Joe Camel” remarks he usually gets. He is cute as pie. Will looks all sorts of uncomfortable on the front picture, but he is one sexy man so I’ll let it slide that Vogue did a horrible horrible job with that picture. The man has no neck!!!

yes jay-z is a supremely unattractive man but his talent does make up for it in my opinion. The kindest thing i can say about his appearance is that he has an interesting face.

Neither of these men are the standard ‘attractive’. It’s all about the total package with them… they both carry themselves with so much confidence (and that’s enough to make me attracted to them). They’re both #1 with what they do and they both came from nothing and turned their lives in to something positive and successful.
What’s not to like?
I’ve always like Will Smith’s personality and he seems like a very honest and open guy, as can be seen in this interview. It’s not common for celebrity couples to admit that they have to work hard on a marriage. Normally they like everybody to see them as perfect and happily ever after. A relationship never ends with I Do.
Jay is certainly not the most attractive guy around, very unique looking, but he is great at what he does.
I don’t like that picture of Will Smith at all…he’s never been “sexy” but wasn’t he once at least attractive? I realize he is getting older, but damn! Maybe if they wouldn’t have photo shopped the hell out of it, he wouldn’t look so ridiculous.

Jay and Will are confident and powerful very succesful men in their industries THATS what makes them attractive (uh…to other women. Not me. Lol. I do like Will and Jay but hot they are not)
That picture of Will doesn’t even look like him! He USED to be hot - VERY HOT. And, Jay-Z is one of the most unattractive men I have ever seen - he is highly difficult to look at for any period of time. What is Beyonce thinking! He’s what men call a “double bagger”. Just because a man might have a high income, women are so eager to disregard his looks and look instead to the wallet, while men don’t seem to do that as much.

That Jay-Z is the ugliest mo-fo I have seen in a long time. Man, it would take ALL of his money, and then some, to make that face even remotely acceptable to look at every morning. How the hell does Beyonce do it?
A female rapper with the same amount of talent as Jay AND with the same degree of ugliness wouldn’t even have been signed. He looks offensive. Will is a handsome man (pretty eyes, sexy smile) but this isn’t a good picture of him.
I personally think will smith looks way better now, (not talking about this picture, I mean generally) He used to look almost dorky in a way but used to have a winning personality and just a lot of charisma.
But now he seems to have grown into his looks and is much more attractive, the picture is just bad. Really bad. But it’s true, when I do look around me, I see it a lot, many people grow into their looks as they mature, it seems that their beauty matures as well, in a good way and they become much more attractive and escape that awkward looking stage and sort of flourish. Does anyone agree with me?!
JZ on the other hand I can’t say much about, not a fan. Not to be rude or anything, but he obviously has done well for himself.

Will isn’t stupid, he married Jada with a “Fresh Prince” pre-nup, he’s earned 20 times that in movies since then, he’ll end up giving her a leg before they’d split up.
I know people think that Jay’s attractiveness is all about the wallet, but I genuinely think he is handsome. He is not classically pretty I know, but he has that little something for me at least.

TSome new biracial girl has been traveling with him throughtout his promotiontour, and she is some kind of dancer for an upscale club (read: Strippper). She is apparently on his payroll and she has been seen everywhere lately with him and his crew, even though people from DefJam have confirmed that she has nothing to do with them and doesn’t work there.
