JOHN AND MINKA TAKE IN A GAME

john-mayer-knicksgame.jpg

Looking cute as always, loved up couple John Mayer and Minka Kelly enjoyed some courtside action last night at the Knicks game at MSG alongside Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and her music produce fiance.

Cute couple. And argubly the longest-lasting in John’s otherwise shady dating past. (Jessica Simpson, we’re talking about you!)

I think she’s pretty, and they make a cute couple… Better than that last girl he dated.

The second pic of him looking at the cheerleader is so funny.

The only thing interesting in those photos is the cheerleader butts.

If his sweater were red and white striped then he’d look like Where’s Waldo.

I can’t stand fucking cheerleaders. It has to be the most sexist thing since strippers and porn stars. These girls are all IDIOTS!

I totally agree…and we complain that men objectify women…makes you think when you see bimbos with fake boobs jumping up and down.

I know! Women do a damn good job of objectifying themselves. Then the rest of us are left to wonder why even with a great education no man wants to take us seriously. Uhm, could all the ladies get of their backs and put some clothes on?

Why are there so few women in the U.S Government, compared to countries like Sweden and rest of Europe? Guess part of the problem is that some American women like to please men by putting their energy into activities like cheerleading….duhh.

SHUT THE FUCK UP ALL OF YOU. SO FUCKING ANNOYING. there is nothing wrong with cheerleaders. Especially for little girls. Do not compare cheerleading to stripping.

I don’t see what is wrong with cheerleading! The whole dumb cheerleader thing is something that has just been constructed by the media, not all cheerleaders are like that. I was a trained dancer for years and cheerleading was something that seemed natural for me to do at high school in order to use my dancing skills. It’s really good team building and its fun to be able to support your school. The short dresses are just to make it look better and I don’t see anything wrong with that. If I had a daughter I wouldn’t have a problem with her being a cheerleader at all.

Anonymous - you shut the fuck up. Cheerleaders are taught that shaking their butts and waving around pompoms is ‘cute’ and an actual “sport.” Please! Cheerleading is sexually suggestive and promotes sexism. Men play and women show their crotches. If that’s not offensive, I don’t know what is.

don’t know much about her but she’s really pretty. they make a cute couple. i think he looks kinda hot with her but i had to laugh at the ‘where’s waldo’ comment. yes, totally if he had on a red/white stripe shirt.
speaking of cheerleaders, i know a girl who used to either beat cheerleaders up or throw rocks at them. i can’t remember which she did.

i live in australia so we don’t really have the whole cheerleader thing over here, but i don’t see anything wrong with them. it looks pretty active with alot of gymnastics involved, so i’d say it was a sport. it is a shame that many bimbos are involved in it, but i don’t think being a cheerleader makes you one.

    Yes–Meg has it exactly right.

I must confess, though–I was a pompon girl in high school, and we considered ourselves a cut above the cheerleaders. We didn’t just mindlessly chant the same old cheers, we worked our butts off choreographing a new routine for each home game. That said, it was ONLY about the tits and ass. And anyone who says differently is living in la-la land.

I have to ask, what the fuck kind of name is Minka, anyway?

Yea… I tried cheerleading back in high school (a very short stint, as it didn’t last even a semester), but quit after a period. It all felt very silly to me and although there were some really nice girls on the squad, the majority were more preoccupied with getting the whole football and/or basketball team’s attention in a battle of “who can shake their ass better?” My excuse: I was looking for extracurriculars related to sports (and outside of clubs) that I could slap on my college apps, since I basically sucked at most sports. I have to admit though, cheerleading is a much more rigorous and physical activity than people give it credit for. Aside from that, yeah… like just askin’ pointed out– it’s all t&a.

On topic: Minka is pretty. John is looking better. Yep.

What’s with the spam-bot comments? And didn’t Ellen Pompeo marry that guy already?
