THE SPAWN OF HASSELBECK HAS BEEN NAMED!!

elisabeth-names-baby.jpg

Moments ago, new mom Elizabeth Hasselbeck called into The View to reveal the name of her new son.

Speaking with Sherri Shepherd, Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Beyhar, Elizabeth told viewers that she named her latest bundle of joy Taylor Thomas Hasselbeck.

Calling in from Arizona, said she was in labor “forever” before giving birth Friday morning. Sherri asked if Elisabeth was back to a size zero yet, and guest co-host Laura Ingraham asked if baby Taylor had been registered as a Republican yet. Hasselbeck didn’t really answer either question, but promised to return on Jan. 6 “boobs in tow.”

Maybe her secret crush was that kid from “Home Improvement”, Jonathan Taylor Thomas.

Da Devil - if you don’t agree with Elisabeth it doesn’t mean she’s dumb. Say what you want but she shouldn’t be compared to Britney. She’s not running crazy all over town putting her kids in danger having to comply with court ordered drug tests, etc. Politics aside, from everything I’ve ever heard or read about her seems to really be a good mom.

I agree Barks. That was a weird comment.

I’ll never understand why people so vehemently hate someone they don’t even know…

Too bad she has to come back to work, too bad for the public. Funny how someone that is enjoyable on the show like Lisa Ling or Meredith Viera leaves the show to do something else, but the devil’s spawn like Elisabeth stays on the show forever!
Hell, I’d rather have that Debbie girl from the first couple of seasons on there than this bitch!

How stupid to call her the devil just because she has different beliefs then you. So narrow-minded I can’t stand it.

ugh. i’m so annoyed right now at all these ignorant people who hate because of someone’s different beliefs. At least she has the courage to stand up and defend what she believes. Can any of you say that of yourselves?

Laura Ingraham was good on the panel today, they did an entire day of Hot Topics, no guests. Maybe because its a 3 day holiday?

I don’t think people [myself included] hate Elisabeth for her beliefs, that’s silly. It’s the way she expresses them, I have no problems with Republicans..it’s the throw the bible in your face-take the book literally-i have no logic-you’re the devil conservatives I have an issue with, and sometimes she can appear to be like this and also a bit naive.

it’s okay to hate britney because everything she does (which affects us not in the least) is in our faces every single day, but it’s not okay to hate someone with ignorant views? OK then.

Naive? Maybe but she also just turned 30, she still has some growing up to do.

Anonymous 2 up from here (the font is too small for me to read the time) I don’t hate anyone. I don’t hate Britney, just the situation she’s gotten herself into. I don’t hate Elisabeth even though I agree with nothing she has to say. What I do hate is censorship and people shouldn’t be reviled for differing views.

She is dumb regardless of her capability of reproducing.
If having kids is like some badge of intelligence, people with 13 kids in the 3rd world are the smartest people ever!

She is one dumb idiot because she takes tradition as the heavyest argument in any situation. She is the perfect USEFUL idiot for religious supremasists, and for all moronic ultra conservatives. Yeah, she is a fully devloped MORON… with a microphone…hope she takes very good care of her kids and fullfills her dream of being a mother…stay away form the public!

y’all have quite filled the bowl with your comments, a soup of rich and various flavors resulting…

i certainly see a physical resemblance between britney and this girl … neither is very pretty without makeup and both appear to lack depth behind their eyes… both appear “dumb” if not “braindead”

in responding to the bloggers’ comments, lose the hate. my brother jesus is concerned by what ms. hasselbeck is doing with her microphone. he is a tolerant and kind and giving man, and not a man with whom the ideals of revenge or a dominion of Christian beliefs is the goal. my brother enjoys conversation and open dialogue, and has spent many a night with his counterparts from the other religions. he has told me that across the board, all of the gods and lords of religions share one common knowledge, which is this: the people of today take their beliefs too literally, too seriously, too feverishly… belief is for you and for me and for each individual to choose, for the people to have something immaterial to take comfort in. ms. hasselbeck is a disease, a cancer, so-to-speak, in that she lacks this basic understanding about the nature of religions and spirituality. she has been given fame and fortune and a microphone, and she believes her views are therefore somewhat important to others, and this is unfortunate, because she misses the point. we should pity her… let us not allow such anger, such hatred, such fear to fill us with hate, but let us instead recognize that ms. hasselbeck is a simple-minded, self-righteous and vainglorious tumor …

Elisabeth is fine with me, I don’t agree with some of the things she says but I think she’s a sweetie and she seems like a very well spoken young women. Boobs in tow is funny as well!
