Could the pressures of being a new mom too much for Katherine Heigl?

The Grey’s Anatomy starlet seemed slightly unsettled as she got teary-eyed as she sipped a martini while lunching with her husband, Josh Kelley, for her birthday in Los Feliz this afternoon (November 24). However, Josh seemed to manage to cheer her up as the couple high fived and smiled before walking hand in hand en route to their car.

Later, Katherine made it abundantly clear that her birthday celebration would not be ending with a martini at lunch!

The actress took a nearby liquor store for a box full of wine and other beverages with her hubby before the two went back home to, assumably, keep the party going!
