The controversial lovebirds stepped out in Tarzana, CA this afternoon (November 23) for a romantic lunch at Kushiyu sushi restaurant.

After feasting on sushi, sashimi and sake, LeAnn and Eddie left the eatery together only to quickly part ways upon spotting the paparazzi.

Meanwhile, Eddie is suing Life & Style Weekly for defamation over a recent story claiming he was cheating on girlfriend LeAnn.

The CSI: Miami actor is seeking more than $1 million and an injunction from republishing the article’s allegations.

As you may recall, the story that ran in Life & Style’s magazine and on its website earlier this month claimed Eddie was having an affair with an aspiring actress.
