In what is only the latest in an endless list of driving infractions, Britney Spears sped passed a red light at a busy intersection in L.A. last night……with her kids in the car!!!
The Popwreck approached the light slowly on Coldwater Canyon. You then see Britney raise her cellphone to her face. It is unclear if she’s texting or making a call. She then drives into the intersection as someone outside the car screams, “Red light, red light!” Britney then turns left onto Mulholland Drive, managing to miss oncoming traffic.

As you may recall, lawyers for Kevin Federline asked L.A. County Commish Scott Gordon yesterday to forbid Brit from driving when the kids are in the car.
This video, should it land in their hands, will surely leave Britney without her kids and car.

You guys act like you’ve never run a red light. Maybe it turned from yellow to red to fast. Her kids are fine. If she had twenty in one week I would be worried. These people should follow Kevin and his druggie loser ass. I do say I can’t believe the judge isn’t smart enough to realize she needs to see a therapist not do drug tests. She definitely has mental issues like postpartum (sp?) depression, on top of depression she probably had way before, and I think bipolar symptoms.

She’s run over two photographers, run red lights, hit a parked car and TOOK THE FUCK OFF WITHOUT LEAVING A NOTE, she’s driven repeatedly WITHOUT A LICENSE and WITH HER KIDS IMPROPERLY STRAPPED IN and, worse, IN HER LAP in the front seet and she ran a red light in that video when she CLEARLY didn’t have too. Who knows what time this is, it could be 7:00. Why should the kids be in bed? And kids sleep in VERY weird positions when they’re in their carseats, even from the time they are newborns. It’s not unusual, or wrong! Concentrate on her bad driving but the position her child is sleeping in, or the fact that he’s sleeping at all, are not signs of bad parenting. seriously, give it a rest.
Did anybody notice the court appointed moniter in the front seat, ducking down. I wonder why. I agree with you heidi. Most kids I know sleep in the car and look like this. She’s doing everything right by the kids here, its the driving that’s a problem. What she did was really dangerous but I’m sure there are a lot of people who have accidentally run a red light before…its just that there weren’t a million cameras around to catch it on video. If there were video cameras following all of us every single second I’m sure they would manage to capture heaps of mistakes.
