It was a harmonious union of Latin music and Sin City glitz on Thursday night as the Latin Grammy Awards kicked off with a typically rousing performance by Ricky Martin and the blue-headed musical trio Blue Man Group.
Ricky, who took home the prize for long form music video for MTV Unplugged, performed a medley of Lola and La Bomba, while Blue Man Group added their trademark frenzied dance visuals.
It was just one of the show’s many planned mash-ups of nominees and Las Vegas Strip staples.

Yeah I’m not a fan of the triangle. My boyfriend wanted to try that out and I didn’t say anything but when he didn’t do it I asked why and he said he could tell by the look on my face that I wouldn’t like it haha. Whipped! Ricky’s still got it as a performer and he’s still a very attractive guy. Nice person as well.
