An update on the whacky three ring circus that is the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline legal drama.
After failing to respond to court-ordered screenings, Britney has been ordered to provide a single, working telephone number to be called in for drug testing.
Of the 14 such calls placed, the unfit mother-of-two failed to respond eight times.
Gee, is she hiding something?
Britney’s embarrassed lawyer Anne Kiley argued that her negligent client hadn’t responded because she was sleeping, and asked that she be given a six hour time-frame instead. It was denied.
When Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon issued his ruling, he added he was not going to make any further modifications to existing custody orders.
As it remains, Sean Preston and Jayden James remain with K-Fed. For better or for worse.

Now she is, and is more concerned with taking drugs than she is with caring for her two infant sons. with all her money she could have easily never lost custody if she was not such a stupid self-centered jackass. it’s not really about being more concerned…it’s about addiction. It’s not so easy to stop that behavior. It takes some years, and some people NEVER get past it.

Why can’t they put an ankle monitor on her like they did Lindsey? If anything put a GPS on her and send the drug tech to her. She’s at the pet store - time to pee. She’s at the tanning salon - time to pee.
I want to live in Britney-Land where laws don’t apply, second chances are endless, and there are no real consequences for stupid decisions.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. During my divorce I had to submit to a court ordered drug test (I passed) BUT the technician sat with me in the room when I gave the sample. She also took my temperature before peeing AND slapped a sticky thermometer on the side of the cup AFTER I had filled it and made sure it was legit. I don’t see how she would be able to get away with using someone else’s sample.

I’m not saying that she might not have used some kind of something to flush out her system but I don’t see how she could be using someone else’s urine.
I don’t understand why there is still any question about her drug use. She has taken eight random tests and passed them all! What does the girl have to do? Pee on live TV? I think the reason why she can’t be reached is because she probably has a million cell phones and numbers and other people answering phones for her. What they are requesting is a line that she will have on her all the time, that has nothing to do with her trying to hide or anything.
The clinic should have Ryan Seacrest call her, obviously he doesnt’ have a problem getting her to take a call.

we are all forgetting here why Britney is the way she is today is because of KFED!!! She was not like this prior to her marriage???!!! Why doesn’t HE have to go for drug related tests? He was always high during their marriage? you can’t flush it out of your system so quickly if you’re a “habitual” user as Kevin’s lawyers claim. It would take a good two to four weeks for those hard core drugs. Plus she would be going through major withdraws and no way would have passed so many tests. Make Kevin take tests for his weed smoking. If this judge was fair he would make both parties take tests and equal counseling. He was out partying up in Vegas during their entire marriage so obviously he wasn’t concerned about her mothering skills.
