What’s a Wednesday afternoon without your daily BritneySpears/Kevin Federline custody battle updates?
The latest? K-Fed is headed to court tomorrow to argue that Brit is violating the Commissioner’s drug testing order.
Sources say K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will go before L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon tomorrow morning, arguing that Britney has failed to respond in a timely manner when she is called for random drug testing. We’re told Kaplan will ask to modify the existing custody order, giving Britney limited visitation rights.
We’re told neither Britney nor K-Fed will be present. And, we’re told, this could be a real dogfight.
Anyone else getting sick of the constant fighting and bickering? Someone oughta just put those little boys out of their misery and put them up for adoption!

when the bitch doesnt have her sisters piss thats when she doesnt show up on time for her drug test until she pays someone for clean urine …its more then fucking obvious…whos really so stupid to believe that a person that has millions doesn’t even have a working cellphone (her excuse on why she didnt show up for one of her latest random drug test )..yea get real bitch noone believes that crap ….someone just test her hair already!

Oh no not up for adoption. They both have two parents who are very capable of looking after them if they just get their act together and stop fighting with one another. I think a lot of couples get caught up in custody battles and forget who its actually about- the kids. The drug testing thing with Britney shouldn’t be an issue. She has been called randomly eight times and has passed them all. Plain and simple. She has no idea when they are going to call her so it must mean she has been off the drugs.

The drug-testing should come without warning if they really want it to be accurate. They should show up at her house, or the chandelier shop, or the gas station, or Taco Bell, or Starbucks…hand her a cup, take her to the can, and watch her piss into it. There is no way she is passing any drug test with her own pee. NO. WAY.
