Country bumpkin Carrie Underwood is all smiles as she arrives at the 41st Annual Country Music Association Awards at the Sommet Center in Nashville, TN on Wednesday.
The American Idol alum is up for three awards, including Female Vocalist of the Year.
While Carrie doesn’t have the stage presence of fellow nominees Alison Krauss, Martina McBride or RebaMcEntire, or the sass of Miranda Lambert, she does have is the only voice ever found on American Idol that was worth the search.
