Janet Jackson was spotted cheerfully looking on from a balcony at the Grove in Los Angeles yesterday (November 14) as she attended a tribute dance.

Thousands of Janet fans were on hand to mark the release of her upcoming hits album, Number Ones, by performing a little song and dance in her honor.

The brains behind America’s leading ‘flashmob’ organization asked fans to gather at three locations across Los Angeles County for “rehearsals” for a hits medley dance sequence.
