BUSTED!

Nick Bollea, son of Hulk Hogan, was arrested this morning for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

The 17-year-old runt turned himself in. He is expected to be transported to the Pinellas County Jail in North Clearwater, Florida.

As you may recall, Nick was involved in an August 26 crash that left his passenger, John Graziano, a 22-year-old Marine, paralyzed. Nick walked away from the accident uninjured.

Meanwhile, a rep for Nick has this to say:

“Nick and the entire Hogan Bollea family are saddened that criminal charges have been filed in regards to the tragic single car accident on August 26, 2007. Nick will meet and answer these charges in the appropriate arena a court of law. The family’s primary focus and concern still remains for the continued recovery of Nick’s longtime friend John Graziano. The Bolleas will also continue to stand by the Graziano family and help them in any way they can. The tragedy to both families is compounded by the fact that unfortunately John was not wearing his seatbelt. Thankfully, Nick was wearing his. Because of what happened to John, the entire Bollea family will make it a priority to increase public awareness about the importance of always wearing your seatbelt. There has been much speculation as to the speed and wet road conditions surrounding this accident. Although all the evidence has not been evaluated, preliminary reports from the experts indicate that this was not, in fact, a high-speed accident. Because Nick is still a juvenile and has no prior criminal record, we are disappointed that he is being charged as an adult offender. However, we are confident that the evidence will demonstrate that this was an accident. We ask all who follow these events to keep an open mind as to the facts until they have been ultimately determined. Finally, we thank all who have prayed for John’s recovery and ask for your continued support and prayers.”

Leave it up to a sleazy publicist to turn drum up awareness of seatbelts in attempt to paint an innocent picture of his client.

I mean, it’s all Johns fault for not wearing a seatbelt, right? Had he been wearing a seatbelt nick wouldnt have sped, or raced, or crashed. Blame the victim!

This kid is a major fuck up. His father should be ashamed of him. Fine, kids do dumb things. But, there’s NO excuse for such a lack of character (and I watch their reality tv show - he’s a little prick on the show as well).

Will this fucking kid die already? The Hulk is too busy to undressing Brooke with his eyes to notice that his son is a loser.

^And how nice of the Hogans to blame the victim for not wearing a seatbelt. Wtf??? Yes, he should have been wearing a seatbelt but Nick should NEVER have been behind the wheel after drinking and, hey, if someone gets into my car and doesn’t want to wear a seatbelt, they have to get the hell out and take the bus or a cab. Hope he goes up the river.

Did you see the crash wreckage?! There had to be some speed involved, maybe not excessive but mixed with a young driver and wet roads…..

he’s only 17!? I thought it was at least a few years older, especially considering that this was the last in a string of traffic violations for speeding/racing. racked all of them up in a year I guess. what a spoiled little prick. hope he gets what’s coming to him, and I hope he/his family has to pay for that poor kids medical bills til the day he dies.

Poor Hulk. He’s such a family guy, and he loves his kids.
I feel sorry for Nick too.

This dude has been arrested for speeding more than once and if you look at pictures of the car, he was definitely speeding! I cannot believe they have the audacity to blame the kid that is still in the hospital for not wearing a seat belt. They make me SICK! This is just going to turn into a spin job by his attorneys…and supposedly this is his best friend?

So is Bollea Hulk’s wife’s surname? Or is Hogan just a made up surname like Hulk? Confused.
Nick deserves this. He should never have been driving under the influence and on the show you can tell he likes to speed behind the wheel. He’s got a little sportscar thing and he is into racing and those two things combined with a little smart ass is just trouble. He was probably showing off and it got out of control. His parents must be really disappointed.

Hulk Hogans real name is Terry Bollea, his wife & kids’ last name is also Bollea, Brooke just took Hogan as a stage name.

He’s a little punk and major loser. Even worse he’s totally spoiled and babied by his dumb daddy. None of them have publicly expressed what I consider appropriate regret or remorse. It’s all excuses, excuse - he’s young, this is unfortunate, blah, blah - poor us! Screw that! Throw him in the slammer for a year. I feel soo bad for the friend and his family. Imagine what they are going through. That’s what’s sad, not this jerk.

For 74 days this little punkass has been running around free while his “friend” has been in a coma. If it had been you or I, how long would it have taken for us to be picked up and charged? Oh, and by the way, at age 17 he’s still the responsibility of his parents. Let’s charge them, too. Better yet, I hope that John Graziano’s family sues the Hogan clan for every penny they have.
