Former co-stars Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth were spotted leaving Katsuya restaurant in West Hollywood on Wednesday night (November 11) after celebrating a friend’s birthday.

Proving that trends lack character, both ladies donned similar outfits, pairing minidresses with jackets and accessorizing with designer footwear and a handbag.

Meanwhile, now that her reality TV career is over, it appears Lauren is taking this whole author thing pretty seriously. She recently tweeted: “Ahhhhh!! The cover for my second book is finished! So excited.”

Sweet Little Lies, LC’s second foray into literature, comes out in February 2010, and will begin where LA Candy left off.

Says Lauren: “I learned so much from writing book one so I think it shows in book two. I will start book three later this year.”
