Lily Allen was all smiles as she proudly walked arm-in-arm with her grandfather to the Children in Need rehearsal in London this aftenroon (November 11).

Dressed in a chunky knit poncho, the Brit songbird escorted was in and out of the building by her grandad, who was wearing a remembrance poppy.

Lily was on hand to promote her performance at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday. Other performers at tomorrow’s concert, including Muse and Robbie Williams, were also spotted at Maida Vale earlier.

Meanwhile, early figures show that Lily’s cameo on the hit Aussie soap Neighbours was watched by 1.7 million people.

Future acting gigs cannot be too far behind…
