Katherine Jackson is fighting back.
Just moments after her estranged husband Joe Jackson set forth a motion to convince a judge that the administrators of their son’s will have a conflict of interest and should not handle the case, Katherine suddenly withdrew her objections to the appointment of the two longtime Jackson associates as executors.
In a surprising statement by Katherine’s lawyer, Adam Streisand says his client feels it’s time the fighting ended. Katherine no longer objects to the appointment of attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain to oversee MJ’s estate.
A judge says he will make the formal appointment after resolving whether Michael’s father can challenge the appointments. As you recall, he was famously omitted from the will.
Should everything work out, Joe will have nothing but his $1700 monthly Social Security payment to live off of.

Well, Katherine didn’t protect Michael from his father in life, so I guess it’s to her credit that she’s protecting him after death.
She’s getting a second chance to put a stop to Slimy Joe’s antics. She’d better not mess up this time, because three lives are at stake.
