An attorney for Michael Jackson’s father is trying to convince a judge that John Branca and John McClain, the administrators of his son’s will, have a conflict of interest and should not handle the case.
The 60-page motion set to be addressed during a hearing this afternoon intensifies Joe’s bid to get money from MJ’s estate by making fraud accusations against the will’s administrators.
As you may recall, Joe’s name was nowhere to be seen on his son’s will, with assets of Michael going to his mother, his children and children’s charities.
Last week, Joe sought an allowance from his son’s estate to help cover expenses that exceed $15 000 a month.

What a stand up guy. Trying to steal from his dead son who hated him. Give this man a prize!
michael sis NOT hate his father. he said he didn’t understand him or agree with some thing he did. he said even though his father did some horrible thngs, he did some good things as well.
that being said, joe GO TO BED!
michael left his father out of the will for a reason. SIT THE FUCK DOWN, JOE.
This man disgusts me. Michael was scared of his father and I blame Joe for half of the problems Michael took into adulthood. There’s a reason why you were left out of the will you asshole. Go away and let your son rest in peace.
