He may have partied it up last night at the Jay-Z concert, but Justin Timberlake was all business early this morning (November 9)>
Up at the crack of dawn, the singer/actor was seen on the first day of filming his new movie about the Facebook craze, called The Social Network. JT plays the part of Sean Parker, co-founder of Napster, Plaxo, Causes and Founding President of Facebook, Inc.
While his career is currently on a roll, the same cannot be said about his personal life. Well, it depends on your perspective.
According to sources, Justin and gal pal Jessica Biel now “friends with benefits.” Nothing more, nothing less.
“Justin was very clear with Jessica that he didn’t want to be in a serious relationship with her anymore where he wasn’t able to date other people,” an insider tells Fox News. “Jessica took the news very hard, but once she calmed down and they started talking again, he convinced her to stay friends who hook up, without all the pressure of a relationship.”
As for how Justin was able to convince the gorgeous actress to a no-strings-attached relationship?
“At first she was very reluctant, but she missed him a lot and so she decided to give it a try even though it wasn’t exactly how she wanted things to be,” the source explains. “She’s still in love with him, and they are still attracted to each other, so it would have been difficult for them to quit each other cold turkey.”
Needless to say, the situation is a “win-win” for Mr. Timberlake.
“Justin gets the best of both worlds,” says the source. “He doesn’t have to lose Jess as a lover or a friend, but he’s free to explore other [relationships].”

He looks really young here, a lot like he did back in his Nsync days. I guess he just hasn’t had the curly hair for a while. Nice change. I wonder how true this is about him and Jess. If it works for them both though, I don’t know why people feel the need to judge their relationship.
