The financial fallout of Michael Jackson’s June 25 death continues — now with a petition filed by his 81-year-old father Joe Jackson, who is asking for a stipend from the singer’s estate.
The Jackson family patriarch filed papers through his lawyers saying there was no apparent reason the estate’s administrators shouldn’t seek out a stipend for him.
As you may recall, MJ specifically requsted in his will that Joe receive nothing upon his death.

I didn’t know that Joe received nothing. Are his parents divorced? Doesn’t surprise me he’s wanting money. MJ was probably supporting him all those years and now he can’t at his money.
