The gospel singer had taped appearances on O’s ‘karaoke challenge’ and was on last Friday. Within minutes of airing, Oprah came under fire for her famous double standard yet again — this time for including BeBe on the show when she lambasted 20-year-old Chris Brown following his assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
BeBe was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault last winter for allegedly pushing ex-wife Debra Winans to the ground. A court date has been set for January 20.
Winfrey spokesman Don Halcombe says Winans is off the karaoke segment.

I’m glad that she took him off the show but the details of that case are totally different than the Chris Brown situation. And, I don’t remember Oprah banning Chris Brown from her show. I believe that his people would not agree to a no holds barred interview and thus went with the softball interview with Larry King.

My though on the situation with the Winans man is that situation was a lot different then Chris Brown and should not be in the same class. Better yet if you bring the man down and he has apologize, what will you do if he cannot work and pay you child support. I am quite sure you need support.
