Presented by the Accessories Council, the Paparazzi singer was on hand to be honored by her good friend and uber-designer Marc Jacobs with the Stylemaker Award.
The evening also honored design icon Diane von Fürstenberg with the Accessory Visionary Award, Barbie as a Fashion Icon, and British fashion house Burberry as Brand of the Year.
ACE President Karen Giberson says: “[Gaga is] well-appointed in accessories. Just when you thought you saw everything in originality, there she is again. People anticipate what she’s going to wear, and it’s exciting to see accessories as such a meaningful part of someone’s wardrobe.”
Joining GaGa for a night of needless praising (it’s only accessories after all!!) were the likes of designer Betsey Johnson, reality TV star Christian Siriano, actress Molly Sims celeb stylist Robert Verdi and supermodels Hilary Rhoda and Agyness Deyn.

I think she deserves this award. She takes a lot of risks when it comes to accessories and isn’t afraid to try new things. And while not all of her looks succeed, she’s definately started a few trends this year.
