The Disney duo were seen leaving Patty’s restaurant in Burbank, CA this afternoon (November 2) after having friendly lunch together.
While feasting at their favourite eatery, Ashley tweeted: “Eating lunch with my Zachary!!! Wishing nessa [Vanessa Hudgens] was here! Its been too long.”
Zac is back in L.A. after completing work on The Death and Life of Charlie St Cloud, a tale about a young man overcome by grief at the death of his younger brother. So much so that he takes a job as caretaker of the cemetery in which his brother is buried.

Ashley tweeted so the paps would come. This is a MAJOR photo op for her, being seen with Zac. She knows if she’s seen with him the pics will be all over the internet by tomorrow. Great publicity for her. Not for him. Considering how “private” he is, I’m surprised he would pose for the paps like that. Must know he’s doing her a big favor. The guy who hates Twitter and paps. That’s what you call being a real friend. Wait, don’t they both have the same PR person? Is she behind this? Poor Zac.
