Stepping out solo, Ellen Pompeo was spotted leaving her home in Los Angeles today (November 2).

The 39-year-old actress already dared to bare her post baby belly as she made her way to a studio to do some work on Grey’s Anatomy.

Ellen and fellow new mom Katherine Heigl returned to work on the show last week following their brief maternity leave.

“They’re both back at work and everyone’s really happy to see them,” a show source has been quoted as saying.

No word on whether Ellen has brought along 6-week-old Stella Luna to work yet — but one thing is for sure: when she does, Stella will have a new playmate as Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart are expecting their first child together next year!
