Matthew McConaughey has decided that trailer living is no longer for him.
The perpetually shirtless actor has ditched his 28-foot, $65 000 Airstream RV for a fancy $10-million home on slightly more than an acre in Malibu.
McConaughey started looking at homes to buy and decided on one that wasn’t even on the market. After he personally knocked on the door, however, a deal was struck.
At 3,500 square feet, the house is not as large as many in Malibu. And it’s old — built in 1949. But its acre-plus lot has room to park a fleet of Airstreams. The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Three bathrooms?!?!
You know what that means, right? Some much needed showers. (Finally!)

He must have a canny financial adviser. All he seems to do these days is pose on the beach with his shirt off; can’t imagine that pays very well.

I always kind of liked the fact that he lived in a caravan at the beach. It added to his whole beach bum appeal. Oh well he’s still hot!
