Madonna is still in Malawi today — and the Material Girl has just released this new Kabbalah-approved video all about her charity, Raising Malawi.
In a new op-ed, Madge writes: “I’m writing to urge you to join me in saving the lives of some of the world’s most vulnerable children. And I’m asking you to do it right away.
Raising Malawi, the organization I co-founded in 2006, is dedicated to ending the poverty and hardship endured by Malawi’s one million orphans. By donating to Raising Malawi, you can literally transform the future for an entire generation. To encourage your involvement, I’ve pledged $100 000 to match your contributions dollar-for-dollar.”

All this comes after news that Madonna made over $100 million last year but only donated a mere $500 000 to charity.

Madonna actually donated 15 million to ‘Raising Malawi’ this year and contributed 500k to the Quake in Italy earlier this year among donating to her other charities. It’s sad people are spewing wrong facts.

Oh please, the school she is building costs $9 million and is paid by money from HER. And like a previous poster said the 500.000 was for the earthquake victums in Italy. This story is bullshit.

Such lies, the school costs $15m alone and that doesn’t even include the MILLIONS she has given to the other Malawian charities and organizations she has been working with for the past several years.
She currently has $8.5m of her own money in her Ray of Light foundation and gave away $3.5m last year alone (that is actually in the tax report obtained by those manipulators @ Fox). That’s only from one foundation she has! She’s also given from her personal account not just through her foundations. The $500k she gave to Italian earthquake victims, plus what about her contributions to AIDS charities, cancer research, 9/11 families, mentorship programs for disadvantaged kids? The list goes on and on. Why keep publishing this crap from Fake News?
Also, she made $110m last year, but only took home nearly half of that because of taxes. She also paid gold-digger Guy Ritchie out $95m.
I don’t understand why you have to keep repeating that fake bullsh*t story by Fox News who is out to put down anyone who they consider “liberals.”
Instead of people listening to her honest message in her Op-Ed and the video, now it’s just turned into an attack fest and the message has been lost, which is a true pity considering 1-2 million children are orphaned in the 2nd poorest country in the world and are depending on the help from strangers.
