Turning heads whever she goes, Vanessa Minnillo was spotted out and about in Sherman Oaks, CA yesterday (October 27).

The 28-year-old beauty was all smiles as she got an iced coffee at Starbucks before tending to nail appointment.

And while on-again, off-again beau Nick Lachey was nowhere to be seen, it’s clear that all is well in their relationship as Vanessa drove Nick’s Lincoln Navigator all afternoon long.

Though Miss Minnillo is not the busiest starlet in Hollywood, she recently wrapped up taping season two of True Beauty alongside judges Carson Kressley and Beth Ostrosky.

Earlier this year on the first installment of True Beauty, Vanessa’s judges were supermodel Cheryl Tiegs and fashion expert Nol Marin. The trio had to find the most beautiful person inside and out from 10 contestants and declared pageant queen Julia Anderson from Dallas the winner.
