The 51-year-old Material Mom was joined by her four children as she toured the place that kept one of her sons before his 2008 adoption from the impoverished southern African country.
Home of Hope Child Care Center director Lucy Chipeta showed Madonna and her son David his crib during their afternoon visit to the orphanage near the Zambian border.
Siblings Lourdes, Rocco and Mercy joined their mother on the tour of the orphanage, where Madonna’s Raising Malawi charity has built several new buildings.

LOL was that a gift they gave her?
I’m glad she’s setting up all these schools and orphanages and is doing something good with her money.
It looks like its a bottle of hand sanitizer. I’ve had to use enough of it lately I could sense it a mile away.
I highly appreciate what she does and how she raises her children. Lourdes may look a bit like a spoiled brat but I doubt that she will ever be one of these vain, egoist mo*fo*s also known as Paris Hilton/Lindsey Lohan/”The Hills-Fake-Reality-Trash”
Lourdes might have many opportunities in life and access to many things, but I think these visits to Malawi, India, and other countries she’s taken them to will give the kids some perspective and hopefully make them more appreciative. Her oldest kids seem very smart so I hope they put that to good use and continue this work their mother is doing once they are old enough.
