Katherine Heigl has just moved into a new ‘Southern Colonial’ house worth just over $2.5 million.
The estate boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms set on 3,690 square feet of land surrounded by beautiful trees. The actress has moved just streets away from former colleague and ‘Greys Anatomy’ star Kate Walsh and can also count Colin Farrell and Mandy Moore as neighbours.
It looks as though the house isn’t quite finished as constuction is going ahead on the pool area.

Is she making THAT much money already????
So sad to see that 2.5 mil can’t even buy a decent size lot in a not-so-ritzy part of LA. Look at the way her yard only has a foot or two of clearance before the fence. So much for privacy; though I guess that’s what the high walls are for.
