Stepping out with BFF Mandy Jiroux, the actress/singer was spotted leaving the restaurant Sushi Dan in Studio City, CA today (October 25) after lunching on some sushi rolls.
Miley was more than happy to stop and pose for a picture with one of her fans before being on her merry
little way.
Meanwhile, in the last day or so, Miss Cyrus has been plagued with rumours that she contracted Swine Flu.
Reps for the starlet, however, are refuting the allegations and report that she is, in fact, free of the H1N1 virus.
So, how did the rumour start? Her co-star Cody Linley recently revealed that Miley had confided in her that she had come into contact with someone who was sick with Swine Flu.
As a result of the widespread rumours, Miley’s reps are just as busy promoting the heath of the Hannah Montana star as they are promoting the simple steps that can be taken to help prevent contracting H1N1.

I can’t help it but be really annoyed at the way these tweens dress. I mean they are 16 and they are dressing like girls much older than themselves. They are trying to have that whole rock ‘n’ roll kind of look as well, which just looks wrong on girls that age in my opinion.
