Leave it up to glamorous new mom Keri Russell to parlay a typical diaper run to a Brentwood, CA pharmacy into a makeshirt photo-shoot suitable for any high fashion magazine.
Stepping out today in a simple tank, light scarf and white slacks (yes, even after Labour Day), the 31-year-old actress/wife/mom was looking picture perfect as she picked up some Pamers for her 5-month-old son River Russell Deary.
Perhaps the judge in the Unfitney Spears custody should use Keri as a model of how a real mother takes care of her kids.

It’s such a nice change to see a new mom who hasn’t used her pregnancy as an excuse to get fat and nasty-looking.

Im tierd of always compering everyone with britney. Get over it… Use your imagination…I´m not saying Britney is a model mother or something, but if someone is smoking, it´s like britney. If there´s a picture of a celebrity coming out from a club, britney for sure did a lap dance…If there´s someone behaving like a real mother, Britney you need to learn how to be a mother….

keri looks amazing. i love her outfit too. if i were her, i would’ve gone for a case of pampers though. she’s going to have to back to buy another in about 2 days. or maybe that one is just going in the car for emergencies. hehe
