Lead by Paris Hilton, the D-listed stepped out in full force to celebrate reality television and honor its stars.
Highlights from the lackluster Lance Bass-hosted show included a performance by America’s Got Talent’s Recycled Percussion, and appearances by Hugh Hefner and the “new” The Girls Next Door, Antonio Sabato Jr., Kim Kardashian and cast members from The Amazing Race, America’s Next Top Model and every other reality show you can think of.
During the show, Paris tweeted: “So happy! Just won The Reality Innovator Award, for being the Innovator of Reality TV. Loves it!”
Celebrity and non-celebrity attendees included the likes of Aaron Carter, Adrianne Curry, Cindy Margolis, Gretchen Rossi, Karina Smirnoff, Kathy Hilton, Kim Zolciak, Lorenzo Lamas, Melissa Rivers, Nicky Hilton, Rick Hilton, Roman Chavent, Shayne Lamas, Vivica A. Fox and a whole lot more!

I crown her Queen of the Useless Brigade. I have no idea who most of these people are, and I think I want to keep it that way. To watch these shows, even once, is encouraging the producers to make more of the garbage that they sell to the masses.
