Looking gorgeous in gray, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were spotted arriving at the 2009 Freedom Awards in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (October 13).

Held on the campus of the University of Southern California, the event celebrated heroes of the anti-slavery movement from around the world.

This year’s awards honored women who are setting the standard for world-class anti-slavery work.

Fellow attendees included author Isabel Allende, football great Emmitt Smith, actress Camilla Belle, film director Tom Shadyac, and musician Peter Buffett.

Meanwhile, 46-year-old Demi has reportedly dashed Ashton’s dreams of becoming a dad after saying she is “too old” to adopt.

Up until recently, the lovebirds were said to have been trying IVF as well as natural methods for a child and were going to adopt but Demi has changed her mind.

A source has been quoted as saying: “They had been in touch with an LA adoption agency and things were progressing, but Demi got cold feet when it was looking like reality. She told Ashton she felt like her mothering years were behind her and that, at almost 47, she’s too old.”
