The 47-year-old actress is currently in a state of transition after putting her Bel-Air home back up for sale at $14.2 million.
As you may recall, Megan had initially listed the compound late last year at $19.5 million but withdrew it from the market at the end of February.
Built in 1931, the mansion has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in 6877 square feet. The grounds were reportedly restored to much of their original glamour and features a double-story stenciled beamed living room, a 1930s-era bar, a formal dining room and complete cook’s kitchen. Each room even boasts its own overlooking view of the city.
Meg bought the property in 2000 for a mere $8 995 000.

I’ve always been curious why she bought that HUGE home. It was just her and her son. Now she has another child, but it’s still a friggin mansion. These celebs and their need for appearances. Not to just pick on Meg, of course.
