Looking downright disheveled, Drew Barrymore was spotted out and about in downtown Manhattan today (October 9).

Dressed in a questionable ensemble consisting of a pink shoulder bag, printed shirt, black denim jeans and purple lace up Converse high-tops, the 34-year-old actress was enjoying some time to relax before she appears on Saturday Night Live this weekend.

Meanwhile, in personal matters, Drew says her new movie Whip It! hasn’t helped the actress improve her relationship with her mother.

“Whip It! is an irreverent sports comedy, but it’s also a movie about trying to figure it out with your parents – which is something I could really relate to,” says the actress/producer/director. “It hasn’t helped me in my relationship with my mother, no not yet.”

As you may recall, Drew legally emancipated herself from her parents when she was 17 and has barely spoken to mom Jaid since.
