The spot is one of a series of PSAs to be launched this fall on all major broadcast networks - ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC - as part of the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s iParticipate national initiative to promote volunteerism and benefit the Major League Baseball-launched and supported Welcome Back Veterans.
In the 30 second spot, Matthew visits with veterans, service men and women and their families to pay his respect to their service while reminding us we can say thank you in so many ways. “It’s our duty to serve veterans and military families who serve their country in the most difficult ways imaginable,” he says. “Let’s honor their service with ours.”
