Proudly wears a pair of Nike sandals and socks with his suit, Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted on the set of his upcoming film, Love and Other Drugs, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania today (October 6).
In the adaptation of Jamie Reidy’s book Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman, Jake plays — you guessed it — a Viagara salesman who starts a relationship with a woman with Parkinson’s disease played by none other than Anne Hathaway.
Helmed by Ed Zwick, Love and Other drugs co-stars Gabriel Macht, Hank Azaria and Oliver Platt.
Hank plays a doctor/client of Jake’s while Oliver costars as Jake’s boss.
For any of you Pittsburgh locals, producers for the flick are currently looking for 400 extras to cheer on Pfizer Inc. for a fictional rally being shot at Mellon Arena on October 13.
If you’re over 18, willing to work 12 to 14 hours for no pay (just breakfast, lunch and snacks) and can bring your own costume, contact casting director Matt Clancy.
