Taking a break from his Broadway duties, Hugh Jackman spent his Sunday afternoon (October 4) playing with his adorable children, 9-year-old Oscar Maximillian and 4-year-old Ava Eliot Jackman, New York City.

The 40-year-old Aussie actor effortlessly played the role of loving father as he rode around on a scooter and tickled his kids.

Meanwhile, aside from co-starring with Daniel Craig on Broadway in a limited engagement of the play A Steady Rain, Hugh is reportedly in talks to star in Real Steel.

In the Shawn Levy-directed flick, Mr. Jackman would play a fighter who is forced to reinvent himself after human boxers are replaced by robots. He becomes a struggling Robot Boxing promoter and finds a discarded robot that always seems to win. He also discovers he has a 13-year-old son, and they bond as the robot brawls its way toward the top.
