The verdict is in and it ain’t good — Britney Spears will not regained custody of her kids.
Issuing his order today, Commissioner Scott Gordon gave Spears two visits total per week, one from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit. The visits will be monitored.
Spears and K-Fed are ordered to figure out holiday schedules with the kids.
Britney must submit evidence that she childproofed her pool area by Friday.
You mean, after all these months, she still hasn’t childrpoofed that damn pool? The woman is a lazy idiot!
But wait — there’s more!
In the order, the Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.” The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of — that “during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”
The coach also said Spears seemed to have “a lack of general attention at times” but there was nothing she would characterize as “abusive in a traditional sense.”
In other words, she’s a bad mother! Shocking, I know.
And then the most damning comment from the parenting coach: “The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”
Looks like the commissioner is unswayed by Britney’s so-called celebrity….but he’s evidently a fan. I mean, who else would throw out a Chaotic shoutout during his statement?

Good, the judge has some brians. Shitney is a horribel mother. She is more interested in being photographed at gas stations and fast food drive thru’s wearing skimpy dresses with no underwear on, than she is in taking care of her two infant children. It was she who wanted these kids, now her faltering career is more important to her.

Not surprising at all. She’s lost touch with it all. I don’t think she would ever want to harm her children, I know she loves them, but has no idea what motherhood actually involves. She just doesn’t get it, very sad….

A judge who doesn’t care about celebrity? Wow, an actual justice system? They need to put this judge on retainer for all the celebrity trials. Perhaps OJ would have gotten the chair. Kind of interesting that the day her first album in years comes out he issues these orders.

It’s very sad. All she ever wanted was to feel loved and thought having kids was the answer to it all. That’s why she used to go on and on about how badly she wanted children. She never thought about all the responsibility that came along with it. I had an idea the court monitor would make note of her limited interaction w/ the kids. I mean, you look at Jennifer Garner playing with Violet all the time and interacting w/ her like most mothers would. And then you have Brit standing around letting someone else push her kids in a swing. It’s just sad, sad, sad.

I just can’t imagine what it must be like to have this ruling as a mother…
I have four children, two from each marriage and can’t imagine life without them.
Yeah, it’s tough, my kids range in age from 6 months to 17, but they are precious in every way and the old saying is true…”if you don’t establish a relationship with them while they are young, they are not going to want to be around you when they are adults/old enough to choose themselves.”
God, that would hurt so bad to imagine your own flesh and blood not wanting anything to do with you.
Britney needs to think of the future in regards to what I said above.

Exactly. There’s nothing anyone can do to or for her to FORCE her to be a loving parent. She simply not interested in her kids. As far as her realizing the effect she will have on their lives in the future, I doubt this tramp thinks beyond tomorrow and her cappuccino at all. Say what you will about Spederline — at least he cared enough about his boys to bring all of this to light and demand intervention. Those kids should be taken from her permanently. Having her there is more damaging for them than her absence.

Sorry hotbitch - this is not sad. Sad is a couple wanting a child and not being to have one. Sad is losing a child to illness or death. This is shameful, lazy and selfish. Britney is a loser by choice and people need to stop wasting their so-called sadness over this. She could not care less.

The poor girl. She was obviously not ready to have children when she did. I really do think she loves them but she just does not know how to deal with everything. I’m sure she’s got people in her ear telling her she needs to have a comeback blah blah blah and then other people saying she needs to spend time with her kids and she just doesn’t know how to do it all. I really hope she can reevaluate the situation and realise that her kids are what is important. I kind of feel like she may have had the children in order to try and keep Kevin around and to save her marriage. Really really sad. She needs to clean up her act for the sake of those little boys who need their mama!!

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled on Tuesday that Spears can visit her sons three times a week with a monitor and must submit to drug and alcohol testing twice a week.

Spears was also told to child-proof the pool at her home. A full evaluation is expected in mid-January

I don’t think she is Bipolar — I think she has Borderline Personality Disorder. If she does not admit her affliction and learn how to live with it, she will never have a stable life…and unfortunately neither will her poor children.

Stephi: I don’t know if Brit actually has people telling her what to do anymore. Maybe back in the time-tunnel when she was just starting out, but she’s too powerful now. She seems to fire anyone who says ‘no’ to her, or tells her to do something she doesn’t want to do (ie. fighting with her mom over rehab, firing the bodyguard because he didn’t hear her tell him to pick up her hat off the floor). She’s a little girl in a candy store and everything is free. A person with no self-discipline, such as Britney, takes everything for granted and doesn’t even think of the consequences. Except now, a judge is forcing her to suffer said consequences and hopefully it’s a reality check for her when it comes to the kids.

Unfortunately there are plenty of deadshit mothers and fathers around, what makes her so dangerous is the fact that she has access to almost endless amounts of cash and enablers.
