Though the 39-year-old singer/actress has been on a whirlwind promo tour shilling her new movie, her new album and her new fragrance, Mimi and Nick are said to be thinking about starting a family soon.
“We definitely want a family. It’s at the forefront of our minds,” says Nick. “Of course, we’d be happy with one. I want to be able to manage the right amount of attention. We are so busy – if you have six kids running around, no one gets what they need. Kids need a lot of attention.”
And if they can’t conceive naturally, the couple would “definitely” consider adoption.
“It’s never out of the question,” Mr. Cannon adds. “I was raised by my grandmother, who was also a foster mom, so I grew up around a lot of kids.”
