The 36-year-old mother of three — and soon to be four! — happily noshed on a slice of pizza in between taken photos of her children, Leni, Johan and Henry, as they happily road rides at the California theme park.
Heidi and hubby Seal seem to be trying to keep their routine as normal as possible, but whether the working mom will be able to carry her brood along with a newborn baby remains to be seen.
She was recently quoted as saying: “‘We’re outnumbered!!”

She is ready to pop! She’s very good to be running around on rides with her kids! I think she’s one of those women that is really good at being pregnant and obviously getting her body back is not a problem for her either.
It seems like she has been pregnant forever!!
