Looking more radiant than ever, Beyonce was seen arriving for Billboard magazine’s 4th Annual Women In Music event in midtown Manhattan today (October 2).
The Sweet Dream singer is set to receive the Woman of the Year Award for her amazing year in music.
Billboard’s editorial director, Bill Werde, says, “Beyonce is a multi-platinum artist and a multi-talented woman who clearly embodies the qualities of the excellence and achievement that the Billboard Woman of the Year Award was created to honor. She has not only influenced pop culture with her hit songs and signature dance moves, but has inspired women everywhere with her unique style, business savvy and dedication to charitable causes.”
The good news doesn’t stop there. Beyonce’s ‘I Am…’ tour is on track to become one of 2009s top grossing tours.
According to Billboard’s Boxscore, the uber successful world tour has pulled in over $53.5 million to date!
Making stops, nearly worldwide, the tour launched in March and has continued almost non-stop since then.

I love her dress!!! Soooo pretty! Her shoes are amazing as well! I don’t really understand what’s so great about Beyonce’s music. She has a couple of hits on each album and the rest of the songs are absolute crap. Just fillers. The only recent song of hers that I like is Halo…Single Ladies is one of the most annoying songs I’ve ever heard.
