Tokyo is also gone, so the final vote is between Rio de Janiero and Madrid.
As for the President? He’s back on Air Force One and expected back at the White House by 4 p.m.
UPDATE: The 2016 Olympics will be held in Rio.

I’m glad it’s not going to be held in Chicago. The Olympics need something different and Rio is the perfect choice!! How awesome would it be to go there while the Games are on! The parties would be absolutely crazy!
The games have NEVER been held in South America so of course they were going to win no matter what anyone did.
