Now that whole pregnancy thing and subsequent weight loss is over and done with, Kimora Lee Simmons has resumed her life of fabulosity.

Dressed to impress in a magenta shift dress and leopard print heels, the fashion designer/reality TV star was all poses as cameras for her show Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane rolled outside Bel Bambini in West Hollywood yesterday (September 30).

Does this Kimora has opted out of maternity leave? “It’s definitely a shock,” she been quoted as saying. “Like, I have breast-feeding issues.b I’ve been working the whole time, trying to get down with the whole idea of breast-feeding, pumping breast milk.b The whole idea is really crazy, timing it. If you’re stressed, your body doesn’t want to cooperate, so you have to meditate almost to pump. And I have to feed the baby almost every two hours.”

And while she’s a busy working mom and a veritable diva, Kimora never forget that she’s a Missouri native. “I love Red Lobster - I’m from the Midwest!” she says. “Omigod, it’s built in me. It’s a guilty pleasure, even if it’s not the healthiest thing. I wanted to buy a Red Lobster.”
